Shipping

How long before I receive my order?

On average we fill and ship orders within 2-3 business days of order being placed, however during periods of high demand please allow up to 5-7 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Our goal is to provide the fastest turnaround as possible while providing you with the best in quality. At any time you can check the status of your order by viewing your order confirmation email, or by using our Contact Form.

  • Please note the hours of operation: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

    For International shipping please allow 7- 21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

How do I track my package?

  • When your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number. Refer to the email at anytime to check the status of your shipment.
  • You can always contact us to check the status of shipment. 

 

When do I receive my tracking number for my order?

  • You will receive your tracking number within 72 hours after placing your order. If you do not receive your tracking number between this time contact us for immediate assistance. Please note it can take 5-7 business days for your order to be  processed, fulfilled, and shipped during high demand periods. At anytime contact us and we will keep you updated with the status of your order.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

  • Yes, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Garments must be in it's original condition, unworn, and unwashed. 
  • Face Masks and digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded!

What items are non-refundable?

 The following are non-refundable:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Clearance Items
  • Face Masks

Are there any shipping charges for returns?

  • Please contact us this is on a case by case basis. 

How soon will I receive my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Are the shirts Women or Men Sizes?

  • ALL clothing are Unisex, unless specified otherwise.

How often do you release new apparel?

What are your recommended care instructions for your clothing?

Our recommended care instructions for our clothing is as follows:

  • Turn garment inside out
  • Machine wash cold
  • Mild detergent
  • Hang dry 
  • No bleach
  • Do not dry clean
  • Iron inside out
