Graphic Design Service Policy
The following terms will be emailed to customer after order is placed. Work will begin when the email is replied to with confirmation and agreement with these terms.
Graphic Design services will require a non-refundable fee of 65% of total
cost of design service.
All designs include 1 Concept and 2 revisions. If you do not like the
design/concept your money will be returned minus 65% of the design fee. You also have the option to purchase an additional concept for $15 which will include 2 revisions.
Concept = Idea/ actual design
Revision = Changes to the design created, such as color , text, placement
All printing deadlines giving by customer will be met to the best of God Family & Music Apparel's ability. We will issue a date and time in which all graphics must be approved by customer and paid for in full to meet the printing deadline request. If graphics are not approved and payment is not processed by the time given by God Family & Music Apparel, we can not guarantee delivery of your printing product on date requested.
Once customer approves and agrees upon the design via email, changes to the design can no longer be made.
Submit all example photos and ideas to email@example.com the day before or on the day the package is ordered. (In the very beginning stages of the design process)
