Once the checkout process is complete. Please download and read the important information included. Because of the nature of this service no cancellations are accepted and there are no refunds.

You can reschedule your appointment (1 time courtesy), but you can not completely cancel it. Be sure to commit to this service before ordering. Thanks for your understanding. 

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for clearance items, digital downloads, and/or opened wristpacks. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor, fragrance, hair, lint, etc.. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Return items in original packaging with your order number. If you order a hat, return it in it's original box to keep from damaging the item. We do not cover shipping costs for returns at this time. However, we cover shipping costs on eligible exchanges.If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.

On average we fill and ship orders within 2-3 business days of order being placed, however during periods of high demand please allow up to 5-7 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Our goal is to provide the fastest turnaround as possible while providing you with the best in quality.
